About the Author

Friedrich Max Muller (1823-1900) was a great linguist and Oriental scholar born in Germany. He also translated Kalidasa’s Meghaduta.His list of publications includes the History of Ancient Sanskrit Literature, Introduction to The Science of Mythology and Auld Lang Syne.
