 Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges only for unused or damaged   products. To be  eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging  and in the same  condition that you received it.
Time frame: You must initiate the return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at help@shoplibs.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, we will ship out the replacement product once we receive the original item and confirm that it meets our eligibility criteria. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product is not in its original
packaging or is not in the same condition as it was when it was shipped.
